- Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Chopped cashews to taste
- Olive oil, black pepper and spices to taste
- Place the slices of bread in the skillet with olive oil and let brown for 2 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, mix the curd with the tomato paste, paprika and season with black pepper. Stir well and reserve.
- Cut the burrata into 6 slices.
- Spread the pate on the bread, place the burrata slice on top and season with black pepper and olive oil. Finish with the chopped cashews.
