- Fresh Basil50 g
- Basil Pesto to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Take the tomatoes to the container, season with salt and pepper and olive oil and put in the oven to bake.
- Remove the roasted tomatoes from the oven, finish with fresh basil leaves and add the Burrata
- Finish with Pesto and serve.
