- Tomato sauce1 to taste
- Chopped/grated mozzarella1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough and place in a circle shape on a large baking sheet with a non-stick mat so it doesn't stick. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove, put the sauce, mozzarella, oregano and burrata. Return to the oven until the cheese melts. Serve.
