Ingredients

Oat flakes1/2 cup
Oat flour1 tablespoon
Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
Cold butter1 tablespoon

Mix everything and open the dough on a platter.
Make cuts of your choice and bake at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
Turn off the oven and leave it there for about 10 minutes.
Ready! Crunchy and delicious.
