- 1/3 cup. (tea) butter75 g
- egg1 unit(s)
- 1/2 cup. (tea) icing sugar50 g
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour 3/4 cup. (tea)180 g
- 1/2 Heavy cream (spoon)1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- In a bowl mix the butter, starch and egg, mix well with a whisk until it forms a cream.
- Add the Heavy cream and essence, mix well, gradually add the flour and mix constantly until it forms a dough.
- Transfer to a pastry bag with a piping nozzle of your choice and place them in a mold. Add chocolate chips in the middle if desired.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
