- Olive oil to taste
- Wash cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute. After cooling, remove the stalks.
- For the filling, place the grated carrot, cherry tomato, red onion, mushroom, salt, olive oil and ricotta cream in a bowl. Mix.
- Place a portion of the filling on each sheet. Roll them up like swiss rolls. Close the ends or insert toothpicks so that everything is securely attached.
