Ricotta Cream to taste
grated carrot to taste
cherry tomato to taste
Red onion, thinly sliced to taste
Sliced Champignon to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste

Wash cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute. After cooling, remove the stalks.
For the filling, place the grated carrot, cherry tomato, red onion, mushroom, salt, olive oil and ricotta cream in a bowl. Mix.
Place a portion of the filling on each sheet. Roll them up like swiss rolls. Close the ends or insert toothpicks so that everything is securely attached.
