- Medium sweet potato2 unit(s)
- Butter with salt1 dessert spoon
- Refined sugar1 teaspoon
- grated ginger1 dessert spoon
- Peel the potatoes (optional), cut them into cubes and cook in salted water.
- In a cold skillet spread the sugar and turn on the fire. When it forms a golden caramel add the butter and let it melt. Immediately add the potatoes and toss in the caramel.
- When they are golden (about 3/4 minutes) squeeze the grated ginger broth on top. Serve while it's hot. It will surprise you!!
