- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Blonde2 to taste
- In a refractory place the oil, salt, sugar, black pepper and the bay leaves. Slice the garlic and add them to the mixture that is already in the refractory and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in the refractory (checking that they are covered by the oil) taking them to the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. After cooling, place in a sterilized glass bottle so they should last for 20 to 30 days.
