- Vanilla extract (opcl)10 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour or oat flour30 g
- Flaked oat flour30 g
- liquid milk60 ml
- Cocoa powder (opcl)5 g
- Melted butter1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cane molasses or honey to taste
- Cut the bananas into slices or medium squares (reserve half a banana to put on the pancakes)
- In a pan, melt the sugar, and add the banana. Finally, add the vanilla extract and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the caramelized banana, and all the other ingredients. Mix well and make medium pancakes in the skillet. Brown each side well.
- Assemble the pancakes, place the banana slices on top and the cane molasses on top. Makes 5 units.
