- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar2/3 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate bar or chips100 g
- In the blender, beat the carrot (peeled and chopped), the eggs, the oil and the sugar. Transfer to a bowl.
- Sift the flour and baking powder on top of the blender mixture. Stir with a fouet.
- Place in cupcake liners and add 1 piece of chocolate to each cupcake.
- Take to preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes.
- Tip: it's perfect for the kids to take in their lunch box!
