- Boiled Carrots750 g

- Chopped Guava750 g
- In a blender, beat the oil, eggs and cooked carrots.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl with the wheat flour, previously mixed with the dry ingredients, stirring constantly with a spoon. add the fresh yeast and knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Reserve the dough and let it rest. Model the pieces, filling them with Guava paste. Brush beaten eggs over the buns. Bake in an oven at 180°C greased until golden.
