- Dry yeast10 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Start by hitting the blender, the egg, milk, oil, sugar, carrots, yeast and a pinch of salt.
- Then transfer to a container and add the wheat flour little by little, until you form a dough.
- Transfer to a greased and infarinhada shape, spread well, cover with a cloth and take it to grow in a warm place for 35 minutes.
- Once grown, bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes or until golden on top.
