- Condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Butter1/2 tablespoon
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Blend the peeled and sliced carrots, eggs, sugar and oil in a blender.
- In a bowl, combine the flour and yeast. Add the beaten carrot and mix with a whisk.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
- Prepare the topping by bringing the condensed milk, chocolate and butter to medium/low heat. Stir well until thickened. Turn off the heat and add the cream, mix well.
- Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the frosting while it is still hot.
