- Raw carrots, thinly sliced1.5 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the carrot, oil, sugar and eggs in a blender for about 3 minutes or until all the carrots are crushed and the ingredients are mixed well.
- Soon after, place the liquid, the wheat flour in a basin and stir with the help of a spatula or spoon.
- Finally, add the yeast and stir slowly. Grease the pan and place the cake to bake.
- Place in the airfryer for 20 minutes at 180° and another 10 minutes at 110°.
- Check that the cake is baked with a knife or toothpick. If not, add another 5 minutes to bake...
- Once ready, wait for it to cool down to unmold.
- Note: I used a n° 20, 3.5 liter airfryer.
