- Oil1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate3 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder1 tablespoon
- Add the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar to the blender. Beat well for about 2 minutes.
- After everything is well beaten, add the blender mixture to a bowl and gradually incorporate the wheat flour. Finally put the yeast and stir just enough to get homogeneous.
- Place to bake in a greased 25 cm shape. Bake in a medium oven (210-180 degrees) for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if the cake is done.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, margarine, chocolate and powdered chocolate. Incorporate all the ingredients and then light the stove. Stir well until thickened.
- After the cake is ready, just unmold and cover with chocolate syrup.
