- Wheat flour1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour and baking powder. Beat for about 6 minutes.
- In a bowl, pour the liquid content and add the wheat flour and baking powder. Mix very well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Grease the mold with margarine and cornmeal, my mold has a different base (ballarine or swimming pool) so the cornmeal makes it easier to unmold and enhances the color of the cake and doesn't alert the flavor.
- Cover the mold with aluminum foil, the shiny side down.
- Take it to the Airfryer at 200° for 20 minutes and then another 5 minutes without the aluminum foil. It can be made in a conventional oven as well.
