- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs, sugar and oil for about 5 minutes.
- Sift well and add the wheat flour little by little, and the yeast. Mix well and bake in a greased shape for 40 minutes and 180 degrees.
- For the topping, in a pan add butter, condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder of your choice!
