- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar or Sweetener xylitol erythritol1 cup
- Whole wheat flour3 cup
- 70% cocoa chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sour cream 200g OR natural yogurt 170g1 unit(s)
- Clean and chop the carrot. Place the eggs, oil and carrot in a blender and blend.
- Add the sugar and beat again for about 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- In a bowl add this mixture with the wheat flour and stir slowly until all the flour is incorporated.
- Add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes
- Place the dough in a greased and floured form.
- Bake (in preheated oven) for about 40 minutes
- Syrup melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and gradually mix in enough milk cream or yogurt to form a homogeneous syrup
