- Olive oil1 cup
- Organic brown sugar1/2 cup
- Xylitol3 tablespoon
- Oat bran2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste1 teaspoon
- 70% chocolate chips to taste100 g
- In a blender, beat the oat bran until it turns into flour.
- Sift in a bowl, mix the yeast, a pinch of salt and cinnamon and set aside.
- In the blender, beat all the remaining ingredients, put the cream in the bowl with the dry ones and mix.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and top with a few more chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until cooked.
- Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
