Carrot2 unit(s)
Olive oil1 cup
Organic brown sugar1/2 cup
Xylitol3 tablespoon
Oat bran2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cinnamon to taste1 teaspoon
70% chocolate chips to taste100 g

In a blender, beat the oat bran until it turns into flour.
Sift in a bowl, mix the yeast, a pinch of salt and cinnamon and set aside.
In the blender, beat all the remaining ingredients, put the cream in the bowl with the dry ones and mix.
Add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into muffin tins and top with a few more chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until cooked.
Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
