- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate bar200 g

- Granulated Chocolate80 g
- Pasta: Add the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender and mix, beating everything together. Add the sugar and beat again for another 5 minutes. In the mixer or in a bowl, add the wheat flour and beat again. After beating, add the yeast with a spoon and mix slowly. In an already greased shape, take the dough to the oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Ganache: Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream until just set.
- Unmold the cake, pour the ganache all over the cake and add the sprinkles on top. It's now ready to serve.
