  • cassava1.5 kg
  • wheat flour1 cup
  1. Cook the cassava for 30 minutes;
  2. Leave the cassava very dry and clear;
  3. Mash the cassavas, still hot, in a container, for the dough;
  4. Add the egg and salt to taste and stir well;
  5. Knead the dough well with your hands;
  6. Add the wheat flour to sprinkle the dough, until it gives the point;
  7. After the dough gives the point, roll the pieces into balls, until you form the donuts;
  8. Fry the donuts with the fat on point. Now just serve!
