- Gradually add the flour, beating with your hands until combined. The point is when the dough is no longer sticking to your hands. Therefore, the amount of flour indicated in the recipe may vary slightly depending on the humidity of the cassava.
- Fill with pieces of cheese and form balls, if necessary grease your hands with butter to make it easier.
