Cassava Dadinho with Coalho Cheese

Cozinhar a macaxeira na panela de pressão até ficar bem macia.
Passe a macaxeira ainda quente por um espremedor de batatas. Tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e acrescente o queijo coalho ralado. 
Misturar tudo até ficar homogêneo. 
Transfira para uma travessa com plástico filme no fundo e leve ao freezer por 30 minutos. Retire do freezer e corte em cubinhos. Leve para fritar no óleo bem quente. 

Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker until very soft.
Pass the manioc while still hot through a potato masher. Season with salt, pepper and add the grated curd cheese.
Mix everything until smooth.
Transfer to a platter with plastic film on the bottom and take it to the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and cut into cubes. Fry in very hot oil.
