- Salt to taste
- Add all the ingredients to the cassava and knead until the ingredients are fully combined with the dough and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef with salt, 2 cloves of garlic and a teaspoon of black pepper.
- In a frying pan, place the margarine, garlic, onion, black pepper and sauté the meat, turn off the oven and add the cream.
- After everything is done, fill the dough with the meat, in the shape of a kibbeh, after modeling, fry them in abundant oil until golden brown.
- Serve it hot
