- Cassava1 kg
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Maizena200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Stuffing of your choice to taste
- Cook the cassava only with water and salt, after cooking let it cool and pass it on the grater.
- Place in a bowl and add the salt, the egg, a pinch of oregano and the cornstarch.
- Mix well until you get a smooth dough, cut into three pieces and spread out the size of the shape, put the stuffing, then another layer of dough, stuffing until finished.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, it's done.
