- Catupiry200 g
- Curd cheese100 g
- Cherry tomato100 g
- Rosemary to taste
- Bread to taste
- Parma Ham to taste
- On a strong cutting board with plastic wrap to make it more hygienic
- Pass the catupiry with the bottom of the spoon to get this shape
- Cut the coalho cheese into cubes and toast it in a frying pan
- Serve the cheese and tomatoes on top of the catupiry and season with rosemary.
- Serve with bread & Parma ham
