- Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Cold pilsen beer1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Panko flour1/2 cup
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder1/2 teaspoon
- Nutritional yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Reserve.
- In a bowl, first make the semi-liquid mixture with the beer, the oil and the wheat flour until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- In another bowl, make the dry mixture by mixing the breadcrumbs, panko, seasonings and salt well.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the slurry and then into the dry mixture.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
