- Sweet sprinkle100 g

- grated mozzarella500 g
- Salt to taste
- Mix the sweet sprinkle together with the 3 eggs until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Add the cheese of your choice and salt to taste.
- Mix again and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- With your hands take small portions of dough and make balls.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- If you want, freeze the balls and fry just before serving.
