- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Oil1/2 can(s)
- Chop or grate the mozzarella cheese.
- Mix the cheese, egg and cornstarch. And knead the dough until it detaches from its mother and the container.
- Shape the dough into small balls.
- Place in the freezer for 15min.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Carefully drop the balls into the preheated oil. Remove from the oil when it is golden, let it rest in a colander and that's it!
