- Sour tapioca starch500 g
- Water100 ml
- Milk100 ml
- Oil50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated mozzarella400 g
- Add the water, milk and oil with salt and bring to a boil. Remove when it starts to boil.
- In a bowl place the sour popolho.
- Add the boiled cassava starch and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Add the beaten eggs and continue mixing.
- Add the cheese and mix by hand, kneading.
- It will come together very quickly. Then make balls according to the desired size.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes on a baking tray. No need to grease.
