- Water1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Salt1 to taste
- In a pan, boil water and add milk, oil and salt.
- Add the sprinkle little by little until the alloy.
- When the dough is brown, add the Parmesan cheese and eggs and mix well.
- Grease and roll 2cm diameter balls
- Place the balls on an oiled baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
