- Sour tapioca starch2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Melted coconut oil or olive oil3 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Grated mozzarella cheese2 cup
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Mix the milk and oil in a pan and heat until it starts to boil
- Pour the hot mixture over the sour cassava starch in a large bowl and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Let the dough cool slightly and add the eggs and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Add the grated mozzarella cheese to the dough and mix well
- Form the dough into balls and place on a greased baking tray or lined with baking paper. The dough may be soft before going into the oven, this is normal.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown
