- Parmesan cheese150 g
- Water200 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, bring the water and butter to a boil.
- In the vazinha put the sprinkle and scald with the hot water, mix well with a wooden spoon, until it gets warm
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix the dough.
- After you put all the cheese, add the egg and mix, then start beating with your hands until you get a smooth, light and very consistent dough.
- I didn't need to add salt, because the cheese I used was already salty and it was at the good point of salt (but you can add salt to your taste)
- Shape into balls and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
- If you're not baking right away, freeze the balls in a shape, then remove and put in bags.
- When you are going to bake, defrost for about 10 minutes and take it to the oven or air freyr. It's very tasty
