- Apple Cider Vinegar1/4 cup
- Cachaca1/4 cup
- Water3 cup
- Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Seedless Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the shank into medium pieces. Season with salt. Take a pressure cooker and heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the shank to it.
- Add and brown the onion, then the garlic, followed by the tomato, pepper and chopped rosemary. Then add the cachaça. Let the alcohol evaporate for 2 minutes. Add water and vinegar and cook after pressure for 45 minutes.
- Remove the meat cubes. Boil the remaining liquid in the pan until reduced by half. Meanwhile, shred the shank and return to the pan.
- Cut the cheese buns in half and stuff with the shank. Finish with a toothpick.
