- sour starch1 kg
- Sweet sprinkle1 cup

- Grated cheese (half cure)300 g
- Grated cheese (parmesan)300 g
- Grated cheese (mozzarella)200 g
- Milk400 ml
- Water400 ml
- Oil1 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Shredded and seasoned chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Bring to the fire until boiling: water, milk, oil and salt. * I've also done it by placing these ingredients in a glass bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes and another 1 minute until it starts to bubble (no need to boil. Be careful with the heat of the bowl when taking it out of the microwave).
- Scald the sprinkle (throw the liquid mixture, after boiling, on top of the sweet and sour sprinkle already mixed). Stir with the help of a spoon. * Option: use the mixer with the dough hook on the lowest speed.
- Add eggs and cheese. Stir well with the spoon and when it is not so hot anymore, mix well with your hands.
- Modeling tip: brush oil on your hands.
- Bake in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 140°C and then another 5 minutes at 180°C or until golden. * To store I put the raw dough in ice cube trays with a lid in the freezer.
