- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
- In the blender place the eggs and beat for 1 minute.
- Add the milk, grated cheese, cornstarch, sugar, margarine. Beat very well to homogenize
- Add the wheat flour little by little, and beat well after each addition.
- Pour this mixture into a greased and floured mold (24 cm in diameter) with a central hole.
- Take to bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool, unmold and enjoy this beautiful cheese cake!
