- Wheat Flour500 g
- Chicken stock2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Gorgonzola cheese50 g
- Ricotta5 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Put the water, butter, chicken broth and salt to boil.
- Add all the flour stirring very quickly until it disgraces from the bottom of the pan.
- Let it cool, meanwhile mix the ricotta, gorgonzola and grated or finely chopped mozzarella until it forms a paste.
- Knead the dough, then shape the croquettes and fillings with the paste. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Make sure they are well closed so as not to leak the cheeses.
