- Butter1 tablespoon
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Brie300 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Parmesan100 g
- Cut off the top of the bread. Remove the core and cut into cubes. Put everything in a refractory.
- In a frying pan, sauté the garlic with the butter, until it all melts. With the help of a culinary brush, apply all the garlic butter on the bread's wall and also on the cubes you made with the brains. Put in the oven for half an hour.
- In the same skillet you used to melt the butter, place the wine, the cream and the curd and let the alcohol in the wine evaporate.
- Then add the brie, the mozzarella and wait for it to melt. Remove the bread from the oven, add the cheese sauce and grate the fresh Parmesan on top and return to the oven for another 10 minutes to brown or burn.
