- sweet sprinkle1 cup
- sour starch2 cup
- ½ grated half-cure1 cup
- ½ water1 cup
- ¼ oil1 cup

- salt1 teaspoon
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a pan, bring the water and oil to a boil.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the sweet, sour and salt sprinkles.
- Wait for the mixture to cool before proceeding to the next step. Otherwise the eggs will cook and the cheese will melt in the heat.
- When the mixture is warm, add the grated cheese and mix well.
- Add the eggs and knead (or beat) the dough until you have incorporated all the ingredients.
- To shape the cheese breads, put a little oil in your hands, remove some of the dough and make balls. If the dough is too soft, use an ice cream scoop to help.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet with a good space between them or use a muffin tin.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
