- Cow's milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Sliced ham500 g
- Sliced Mozzarella500 g
- Chimichurri without pepper1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Roasted garlic to taste
- In a pan add the butter and turn on the heat.
- Once melted, add the onion and sauté until golden.
- Then add the chimichurri and mix over low heat so it doesn't burn.
- Add the milk with the cornstarch already dissolved, stirring constantly.
- Add the cottage cheese and stir until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- MOUNTING: Grease a 30 x 40 rectangular pan with butter or margarine.
- Place a thin layer of sauce underneath, so the sandwich will be moist and not stick to the bottom.
- Put a layer of bread, one of sauce, then ham, then sauce and then cheese.
- Add another layer of bread, the last layer of sauce, the last layer of ham and, to top it off, more cheese.
- Finish with roasted garlic to taste for a spectacular touch.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
