- warm water1 cup
- biological yeast10 g
- salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat to the point800 g
- Grated coconut for sprinkling0 to taste
- Condensed milk0 to taste
- Beat the sugar and the egg well, then add the warm water and the yeast, mixing well.
- Add the wheat flour until it forms a migau, let it rest for 45 min, after that time add the oil and salt and gradually add the wheat, until you get the point.
- Cut the cheese into long pieces and roll the dough into them as desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
- While baking, make the sugar syrup or use condensed milk and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
