- Condensed milk and grated coconut0 to taste
- Mix the sugar, yeast, eggs and warm water, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Then add the salt, oil and wheat little by little, kneading until the dough comes away from your hands, knead for about 15 minutes.
- Let it rest for 45 minutes, until it doubles in volume, then divide the dough.
- Cut the cheese into sticks and wrap it with the dough, let it rise again, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden, finish throwing condensed milk on top and sprinkle the grated coconut
