- Unleavened Wheat Flour300 g

- Egg (use the yolk for brushing)1 unit(s)
- Mix all ingredients. The dough comes off the hands and can be molded easily.
- Make the snacks. You can make it in any format you want. I always make balls, flatten them with a fork and brush on egg yolks. My tip for not having a smell and giving it shine is to mix the yolk of 1 egg, a few drops of vinegar and 1 thread of oil.
- Take it to the medium oven to bake and as soon as it's golden and underneath it's also golden, it's ready.
