- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Margarine Qualy500 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese (package)50 g
- Gems2 unit(s)
- In a deep bowl, add the wheat, and the grated cheese, mix well. Gradually add the margarine, until you get a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands, but must be moist and soft.
- If necessary, add more flour or margarine to obtain the exact point.
- Grease a rectangular baking dish with a little margarine, and then start to model your cheese snacks that can have the shape of the photo, or be round. With a fork lightly press your snacks to make little marks, finally brush the yolk all over them.
- Take the roast to the oven preheated to 180°, for 20 to 25 min, until they are golden. Let it cool, and enjoy this snack delight.
