- Corn starch6 tablespoon
- Start by grating the mozzarella cheese in the fine grater.
- In a bowl add the grated cheese, eggs and cornstarch.
- With the help of a spoon, start mixing the ingredients.
- Now with your hands, mix the dough well until it completely separates from your hands, becoming firm and homogeneous.
- Make small balls with the dough
- Once the balls are ready, put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- While you wait, line a plate with a paper towel or napkin to drain after frying.
- After 30 minutes, put oil in a pan and wait for it to heat up.
- Remember not to let the oil heat up too much, as this causes the ball to burn on the outside and be raw on the inside.
- After heating the oil, start frying, it's super fast, so stay tuned
- When the balls are golden, remove them from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel.
- Ready! Serve while still hot and with the green mayonnaise that you have here on the profile.
