Hot Dog Bun3 unit(s)
Cooked sausage3 unit(s)
Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
ketchup1 tablespoon
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
Sautéed Half Moon Onion1/3 cup

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup to make a rosé sauce and set aside.
Open the buns and pass the rosé sauce on both sides. Place the sausage, on top of the sautéed onion and finally a generous layer of cheese.
With a cooking torch melt and gratin the cheese well. Serve immediately.
