- cherry tomato200 g
- Grana Padano cheese1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Basil1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Cut the slices of bread and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- While the toast is in the oven, prepare the tomato
- Cut the cherry tomato into 8 parts, always dividing and add to a bowl.
- Add salt to taste, basil, olive oil, black pepper and the Grana Padano cheese
- Mix everything in the bowl
- Take the toast out of the oven after 15 minutes, brush the garlic clove lightly on each toast.
- Put the cherry tomato with the seasonings in the bowl on top of the toast and enjoy 😋
