- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Polvilho (sweet or sour)1 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 to taste
- Mozzarella to finish1 to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and Parmesan cheese for 2 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch and beat once more.
- Then add the yeast and stir with a spoon, with a greased shape with butter add the mixture add the mozzarella and oregano on top, oven 180° for 30 min or until golden
